About Bublshop
Who are We?
We are a nationwide renewables distributor, specialising in heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage systems. Bublshop supplies high quality renewables equipment across the UK, and also offers a comprehensive support package to installers, specifiers and homeowners.
But we’re so much more than just a distributor. The team has been working in the renewables industry since 2013. As a result, we have lots of experience to draw upon. Our experts are happy to share their experience and knowledge with our network of MCS-certified installers. And that’s just what we do!
Customers can access technical support over the telephone, via video link, and sometimes (depending on the location) on-site too. We’ll help you plan, install, commission and troubleshoot projects, no matter how big or small.
Bublshop also offers manufacturer-approved training courses from our showroom in Dorset and at various locations around the UK.

Our strong relationships with our manufacturers and suppliers have been built up over a number of years.
Did you know we work closely with a number of market-leading renewables companies, including GivEnergy, Hisense, LG and Viessmann. We’re currently the only UK distributor of Hisense HVAC equipment.
The product range we stock only includes high quality, good value equipment that we would happily install in our own homes.

Meet The Team
Richard – Company Director
Meet Bublshop boss, Richard! He founded Bublshop in 2013, having spotted a gap in the market. Richard noticed there weren’t any renewables distributors offering a comprehensive, added-value service to their customers. So he set about bringing distribution, first-class customer service and technical expertise together – selling renewables products to engineers but also providing an all-inclusive support service.
Richard emigrated to the UK from Australia in 1999 and has a background in renewable energy, sales and finance.
When he is not working, Richard enjoys spending his time with his three children.
Maria – Sales Office Manager
Maria has worked at Bublshop for five years. She’s at the heart of the company and she works hard to deliver the best possible service to all our customers. If you’ve spoken to Maria, you’ll know that she goes above and beyond.
Before joining Bublshop, Maria worked in marketing so she’s got a keen eye for detail and she knows what our customers value.
When Maria is not at work, she can be found at the beach or park with her two dogs (Bodhi & Toby) or hanging out with family and friends. As if that weren’t enough, Maria is also busy learning Italian!
Vicky – Internal Sales
Vicky has been at Bublshop for two years. She works directly with installers across the country, providing quotations, order details, and more. She’s got the golden touch – she understands what customers need and she’ll move heaven and earth to deliver for them.
With a career in customer service behind her, Vicky knows her onions! But before joining Bublshop, she worked in a school so she could fit her working life around raising her daughter.
In her spare time, Vicky likes to be in the kitchen cooking amazing meals and cakes (she’ll sometimes bring cakes into the office for the team – but they don’t last long!).

Jack – Technical and Warranty Manager
Jack has worked at Bublshop for five years and is our Technical and Warranty Manager. He provides support to engineers and is a really important part of the first-class service Bublshop delivers.
Before joining Bublshop, Jack was Trade Sales Manager at Screwfix.
When he’s not at work he’s generally in London with friends or busy with his dog, Pablo, who’s an office favorite.
Nigel – Business Development Manager
Nigel joined Team Bublshop in 2023 from the world of health and fitness.
He brings masses of experience in business development but he also knows a thing or two about putting customer experience at the forefront of everything. So he fits in a treat!
Away from work, Nigel spends time with his son (he can often be found at the side of a football pitch, cheering his son on) and he likes to play golf and do the occasional bit of fishing too!

Kevin – Warehouse Manager
Kevin has been a part of the Bublshop team for three years.
His role as warehouse manager means he has the very important job of packing and shipping all our orders and keeping track of our stock. As you can imagine, he’s a busy man!
When he escapes the warehouse, Kevin likes to head to the beach or park with his two dogs (Toby & Bodhi) and his wife, Maria.

Jeff – Engineer/Electrician
Jeff has worked for Bublshop since it was founded in 2013. His technical knowledge of renewable products is second to none.
As our engineer and electrician, Jeff spends most of his day on the road travelling between sites to support homeowners and installers.
But when he’s not at work, Jeff enjoys nothing more than spending some time with his wife and their granddaughter.

Leticia – Accounts
Leticia has worked at Bublshop for four years. Before joining our team, she was studying at Royal Holloway (University of London), where she completed a BSc in Economics. She also holds an AAT Level 3 qualification.
In her free time, Leticia can be found in London with friends and listening to Taylor Swift on repeat (she’s a dedicated Swiftie!).
Kira – Design and Specification
Kira has been at Bublshop for three years. She’s a mathematical whizz, completing heat loss calculations to help our network of engineers, and providing accurate quotes and heat pumps sizes.
She spends her free time in the very fine company of her two gorgeous dogs, Ozzie and Trigger the Dachshund.
Linden – Procurement Manager
Linden has worked for Bublshop for more than two years. He joined the renewable industry because he’s passionate about the environment and making a difference.
His role sees Linden making sure we are constantly offering the very best equipment, components and accessories.
When he’s not working, Linden heads to the beach with his dogs Cooper and Bruno.
Holly – Office Administrator
Holly joined Bublshop two years ago. She’s a tip-top administrator and she helps keep us up-to-date with all our paperwork, plus she’s a logistical and accounting legend.
When Holly isn’t working, she can be found learning Spanish or at a jazzercise class. She’s also a keen cook and baker.
Amy – Operations Manager
Amy has worked at Bublshop since the very beginning! That’s more than 13 years… and she knows everything there is to know about Bublshop.
Her role as Operations Manager involves introducing new processes and procedures to make sure each day runs as smoothly and hassle free as possible. She’s a lynchpin!
Away from work, Amy likes to spend time with her children and her dog (Jack Russell, Sid). She is also studying hard for an Open University degree in Law and Spanish (how she finds time for that, we’re not sure!).
Willicia – Sales Administrator
Willicia is our newest member of staff, joining the team in 2024. Willicia has lots of experience dealing in customer service and supporting sales teams.
In her spare time, Willicia can be found exploring the outdoors with her three children and her husband.
She is the treasurer for both the PTA at her children’s school and local village hall, and gives lots of her spare time to support her local community. Her baking skills are much admired in the office!
