Coming from an MCS installer background ourselves, we felt the renewable energy industry needed somewhere heating engineers could access the whole renewables package: from products and advice, to technical support and training.
We offer all our customers – whether experienced heat pump engineers or new installers – support with system design, installation, commissioning and maintenance. Additionally, we run a technical helpline, and we also offer GivEnergy, Hisense, LG and Viessman training courses.
We’ve worked in the industry since 2013 and we’re here to help.

Thinking about installing a heat pump, solar panels or a battery storage system but not sure where to start?
We work with a network of trusted, MCS-qualified heating engineers and can put you in touch with an installer near you. They can advise which technologies are most suited to your property and what type of system will meet your household’s heating and hot water needs.
Choose to work with one of our installers and you’ll know your engineer has our back up – with ongoing access to our expert technical team; proven, high quality equipment; and quick, reliable deliveries.
In addition, you’ll find lots of information on our website to help you navigate your heat pump journey. Find out if you qualify for up to £7,500 towards the cost of your heat pump through the Government’s Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

What is an Air
Source Heat Pump?
An air source heat pump (ASHP) is a low carbon, sustainable alternative to a traditional fossil fuel (oil or gas) boiler.
Oil and gas both release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere when they’re burnt, contributing to global warming (it’s estimated that gas boilers account for up to 20 per cent of air pollution in some cities).
An air source heat pump is an environmentally-friendly, non-polluting replacement and it can provide all the heat and hot water your home, office or commercial space needs.
It works by transferring heat absorbed from the outside air (even when it’s cold) into an indoor space via a wet system (essentially a reverse refrigerator).

Oil Boiler
The average oil boiler produces 5.3 tonnes of carbon per year.
Gas Boiler
The average gas boiler produces 3.7 tonnes of carbon per year.
Air Source Heat Pump
The average ASHP will produce 1.6 tonnes of carbon per year.
